Our Process

Taking in the Requisition

Contango Search will schedule a call with your team to better understand exactly what you are looking for.

Getting exact details on the techstack you are building with, salary requirements, company culture etc. will give us the information to quickly get the right candidates in front of you.

Utilize existing resources

Contango Search has an in-house team of recruiters with over 6 years of combined experience.

We utilize our existing database of developers as well as premium LinkedIn search, Monster, Indeed and others to continually grow our network of Developers

Initial Interview

Contango Search will conduct initiral interviews with 5-6 sourced candidates.

We will present our top 2-3 candidates for the role, with a detailed report on their abilities including our feedback on the candidates

Pricing

Pricing is negotiable in exchange for partnership opportunities.

Permanent Full Time

• 20% fee
• 1 month probation period
• Payment due 30 days after probation period
• Stablecoin accepted as payment (USDT, USDC, BUSD)

Contractor (part or full time)

• Contango Search will work with your hourly budget
• Bi-Weekly Payments to Contango Search
• We will be responsible for contractor payment and tracking of hours worked
• Stablecoin accepted as payment (USDT, USDC, BUSD)
